WHICH DEER HUNT IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Choosing the Right Hunt

Not sure which deer hunt makes the most sense? Here’s the simple breakdown:

  • Whitetail hunts are stand-based and focused on proven setups with consistent movement.

  • Mule deer hunts are more active, with time spent glassing and covering open country.

Both are great deer hunting in Montana — it just depends on what style you’re after.

What to Expect

These guided Montana deer hunts typically run 5 days and require physical effort, patience, and adaptability. Expect long glassing sessions, hiking through rugged terrain, and close coordination with your guide.

All deer hunts include lodging, meals, and professional guiding. Extra days may be added based on daily rates and availability. The closest airport is Billings Logan International Airport.

Hunt pricing does not include licenses, meat processing, lodging before or after the hunt, gratuities, or taxidermy.
